A new framework called the Context Gathering Decision Process (CGDP) enhances Large Language Model (LLM) agents' ability to search complex environments by refining their belief states and improving multi-hop reasoning. This approach can significantly reduce redundant processing and improve efficiency in information retrieval tasks.
