A new framework called Verifier-Guided Action Selection (VegAS) enhances the robustness of Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) in embodied agents by incorporating an explicit verification step during action selection. This approach has shown to improve generalization and performance in complex tasks, achieving up to a 36% gain over existing methods in challenging scenarios.
