The STAR framework enhances the reliability of LLM-based root cause analysis agents in microservices by breaking down the RCA process into four structured stages, allowing for targeted error identification and correction. Experimental results indicate that STAR significantly improves fault localization and classification, paving the way for more dependable AIOps solutions.
