ImProver 2 is a new neurosymbolic framework designed to optimize formal proofs in Lean 4, significantly improving performance with a 7B-parameter model that outperforms larger models. This advancement in proof optimization could enhance the maintainability of formal mathematics libraries and improve the quality of training data for neural provers.
