Galaxy has launched an institutional OTC prediction-markets desk, facilitating block-size execution for event contracts on platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket. This initiative is supported by a $10 million trade from crypto hedge fund Arca to manage regulatory risks associated with the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.
